Life Force Energy Fruit Treats

Apple, Cranberry, Orange Relish
- 1 Red Skinned Organic Apple
- 1 Organic Orange
- 1 Cup Organic Cranberries
- 2 Tbsp Date Sugar
Directions:
- Core the apple and cut into chunks.
- Cut the orange into chunks, keep the rind on.
- Add Apple, Cranberries, Orange, and 2 Tbsp Date Sugar to Food Processor.
- Process until all ingredients are blended into a course mixture.
- Serve in fun dishes and eat right away.
Makes 2 generous portions. Double the recipe to serve 6.

Blueberries & Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
Variations:
- Serve blueberries with pomegranates sprinkled on top in a variety of fun serving containers such as mason jars, ice-cream compotes, mini-buckets, or cordial glasses.
- Add a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
- Sprinkle on top of Greek Yogurt or Vanilla Ice Cream.
Mangoes & Strawberries
- 1 wedge of Mango peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Strawberries hulled and sliced
Variations:
- Sprinkle raw chopped pecans, almonds, walnuts, or pine nuts on top.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Sprinkle with one teaspoon of Enjoy Life® non-dairy mini chocolate chips.
